I offer private yoga lessons covering Sivananda yoga, Dharma yoga, Power Yoga, as well as Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. My classes are for everyone, from the absolute beginner to years of practice advanced yogis, from not so strong and flexible yet to the very fit and sporty. During your session you'll receive my undivided attention as you work towards your individual goals. With practice you'll be able to tune into your body and breath. Your body will become fitter, stronger and more flexible. Even more importantly you'll feel rejuvenated, calmer and gain more clarity of mind.
